A23 Transportation is a Los Angeles ground-transportation company built around one idea: a private black car and a professional chauffeur should be a calm, fixed-price experience — whether it's a 5 AM LAX pickup, a red-carpet evening in Beverly Hills or a road show across Southern California.

We operate premium vehicles and licensed, background-checked chauffeurs who know LA's freeways, studio lots and hotel valets. Every trip is flight-tracked where relevant, priced up front, and backed by a California Public Utilities Commission Charter-Party Carrier permit (TCP #0050109-A). We are a for-hire carrier — not a taxi and not a common carrier — and we do not accept street hails.
